Requirements
- Children of junior high school age and below must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Minors need a consent form signed by a guardian.
- Those with asthma must provide a doctor's note.
- A medical certificate is required if you are 45 years of age or older and have any of the following Smoking, high cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, a history of cardiac disease in a close relative under age 50, or a sudden death for any reason other than an accident. Has had diabetes requiring medication or dietary restrictions or gestational diabetes within the past 12 months.
