Activities
For small children swimming in the sea or pool
Children in elementary school or under 130 cm tall must always swim with a parent or guardian present. Additionally, children who are not yet toilet-trained must wear swim diapers designed for water play.
For guests with tattoos
When using the Tiger Beach outdoor pool, Sunset Garden, or the indoor pool and natural hot spring at Blue Leaf, please use a tattoo seal.
(Tattoo seals are available for purchase at the hotel's convenience store.)
Additionally, you can use the pool (indoor and outdoor) or beach while wearing a T-shirt.
Regarding Program Availability
Please note that your desired program may be fully booked or unavailable due to inclement weather, poor sea conditions, equipment maintenance, etc.
Additionally, even if you have made a reservation, please be aware that the program may be canceled or subject to changes in departure time, capacity, age restrictions, etc., depending on weather, sea conditions, and other circumstances. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Regarding Participation Requirements:
Please be aware that each program may have age restrictions for participation. Additionally, depending on your health condition or medical history, you may not be able to participate.
Individuals with asthma, spontaneous pneumothorax, tuberculosis, epilepsy, certain types of diabetes, heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, or pregnant individuals cannot participate in diving and snorkeling programs. Please also note that individuals who plan to board an airplane on the same day as diving may be refused participation due to potential health effects caused by changes in pressure.
For some diving programs, individuals aged 60 and above must submit a health certificate.
For those wishing to participate in diving or snorkeling programs, a medical certificate may be required for individuals aged 45 and above who are smokers, have high cholesterol levels, have hypertension, or have a history of non-accidental sudden death in a close relative, or individuals under 50 years old with a history of heart disease. We kindly ask that you inquire in advance or confirm before making a reservation.
For all programs, elementary school students and below (middle school students and below for experience diving) must be accompanied by a guardian.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made by the customer, cancellation fees as specified for each program will be charged.

Duration refers to the approximate time from assembly to dismissal for programs held in front of the hotel, including program explanations, implementation, etc.
Please refrain from participating in programs if you are unwell or under the influence of alcohol.

A guardian is defined as an adult aged 18 or older.
If there is no specific mention of the program assembly location, it is at the hotel's 1st floor "Marine Counter." (Located on the 1st floor by the beach elevator)
