Requirements
- Children of junior high school age and below must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Minors need a consent form signed by a guardian.
- Those with asthma must provide a doctor's note.
- Participants aged 45 and over who smoke, have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, a family history of heart disease under the age of 50, or a family member who has died suddenly from a cause other than an accident, must provide a specified medical certificate.
Restrictions
- Pregnant women, individuals with spontaneous pneumothorax, pulmonary tuberculosis, epilepsy, certain types of diabetes, heart disease, or pulmonary hypertension cannot participate.
